Our client, a well-established banking group in Hong Kong, is seeking high calibres to fill the above position :

Responsibilities

• To design & develop training plan and identify training opportunity to cope with the business development of the organization
• To design, deliver training classes on soft skills or management training or compliance
• To coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of training initiatives
• To review and determine the eligibility of courses for CPT credits and monitor the Bank’s compliance with CPT requirement

 Requirements :

• University graduate with major in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.  Training experience in banking or finance industry is a must, exposure in the areas of Branch Operations or Risk Control an advantage
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putunghua)
