Our client, a well-established banking organisation in Hong Kong, is seeking for a risk professional to join their Risk Management function.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the operational risk function for the Bank
• Formulate operational risk policies, procedures and guidelines 
• Ensure effective risk monitoring mechanisms are in place
• Proactively identify potential risk areas, proposed and implement related risk mitigation solutions
• Drive the Business Continuity Planning process
• Instigate a strong operational risk awareness culture in the bank

Requirements : 

• University graduate in a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational risk in banking
• Familiar with operational risk monitoring and policy formulation
