Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Site inspection , monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
- Planning and scheduling resources for projects
- Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents
- Providing on-site coordination different trades of sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
- Coordinate with internal staffs from various departments
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma graduate in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Architectural Studies / Interior Design or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience in building construction is required
- Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project
- Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
- Mature and possess good communication skills
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
- Immediate available is preferred
