Duties:maintenance projects, A & A works and renovation projects.

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, specifications, tender documents and etc.

Requirements:

• A Degree Holder of any discipline,
• Associate Degree, Diploma, Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering;
• Eager to become a Professional Building Surveyor;
• Willing to learn various professional knowledge & able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese;
• Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills,
