Our client is a popular luxury product retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.

The role:

• Work under eCommerce Team and Report to the Head of eCommerce Business directly
• Act as a business owner to initial eCommerce business strategy and planning as well as drive for the implementation of business projects
• Be as the Project Lead thru end-to-end project management approach and act as the bridge of eCommerce Team and IT Team for eCommerce platform development / enhancement projects, including omni-channel, mobile apps, online-shop, etc.
• Perform various business analysis on both market trends and consumer behavior with deep insights and recommendations to enhance user experience, brand awareness and sales performance
• Provide valuable recommendation to minimize the gaps between operation and technical restriction with high understanding of eCommerce workflows and operations
• Perform user requirement collection, preliminary feasibility study, draft system specification and develop UAT plan
• Prepare necessary documentations for the changes and development, compile regular status report for management review

If you are:

• Bachelor Degree or above in eCommerce, IT, Business studies or related discipline
• 5+ years solid experience in developing eCommerce platform with good understanding of others retail systems, e.g. POS, WMS, OMS, PIM, etc.
• Experience in eCommerce strategic planning & project management
• High understanding of eCommerce workflows and operations
• Holder of PMP and/or experience in Agile is highly preferable
• Dynamic, well-organized, multi-tasking, excellent communication, presentable
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
