Responsibilities:

• Gather & analyze business requirements and propose sound solutions
• Prepare project document deliverables including requirement specifications functional design specifications, test plans, training materials, etc.
• Participate in business application development and enhancement
• Responsible for system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems reliability
• Perform application testing and liaise with internal teams and users to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with users to provide systems support service

 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in application development
• Solid and proven skills in the full development life cycle
• Project management and understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
• Self-starter; motivated to learn and operate independently
• Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Forms/Report, SQL and PL/SQL
• Must have hands-on experience in Oracle ERP application (Financial and Distribution)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
