Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for ecommerce and digital marketing plans of the company to achieve sales growth and other business goals;

-  Manage the P&L of the ecommerce department and report to the top management;

-  Increase website and online store traffic by using different strategies including SEM, SEO and social media marketing;

-  Maximize website conversions by optimizing webpages and implementing new technology such as marketing automation;

-  Maintain good relationships with customers and develop brand advocates by using social media, EDM and etc;

-  Work closely with internal departments including logistics and marketing teams, and external parties including service providers and channel partners;

-  Lead a small team to achieve the above and other business goals.

Requirements:

-  University degree with at least 5-year solid experience in the same position and digital marketing or ecommerce;

-  In-depth knowledge and successful experience in driving online traffic and sales;

-  Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and project management skills;

-  Flexibale, creative, outgoing person;

-  Proficiency in photo/video editing and copywriting in Chinese;

-  Proficiency in website development tools like press and analytical tools like Google Analytics;

-  Proficiency in Google and Facebook Ads or others channels;

-  Immediate available preferred.
