Responsibilities

• Assist the GMME for Maintenance and Engineering support arrangements;
• Ensure the quality and effective services of Fleet Technical Management, Inventory Technical Management and Maintenance services, etc.;
• Set up the outstation maintenance support including technical handling and non-technical handling, source and negotiate with the potential service provides;
• Produce RFP/RFQ and develop tendering processes in sourcing Service Providers. Compare and recommend, negotiate and implement contracts;
• Oversight of the service providers to ensure their performance (KPIs);
• Manage contract database, including securing copies of business executed contracts, conduct regular reviews of the terms of the contracts and renewal necessity;
• Develop budgets and keep consistent adhesion and close liaison with the finance team;
• Identify and promote cost reduction/avoidance opportunities;
• Execute cost reduction/avoidance opportunities including RFP’s of up to medium complexity / value with the relevant business owners;
• Be responsible for other M&E projects including Aircraft Induction/EIS, Operational Approval, etc..

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in aviation engineering or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 3-year work experiences in aviation engineering and maintenance;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua are plus.
• Strategic and forward thinking. Strong project management skills;
• Good business sense, commercially aware and able to identify opportunities;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
• Flexible and willing to work on different projects.
