Responsibilities:

• Sr. Eng. shall be able to coordinated, monitored, executed and project manage E&M (HVAC/Electrical) from design stage to expiry of DLP stage in Building Services project
• Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects
• Provide technical support, quality control and perform site supervision

Requirements:

• Higher Dip. or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years' HVAC experience in large - scale building services projects (Casino/Hotel/Convention & Exhibition Center or similar nature) gained from construction companies / contractors is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills
• Regular travel to Macau is a must
