Responsibilities:

• Lead the Estimating department and assist management to identity target projects and make accurate judgement on project requirements
• Manage and coordinate estimating process such as production of tender summary sheets including price breakdown, cost plan, etc.
• Select and recommend subcontractors, suppliers and vendors quotations

Requirement:

• Degree holder is in Building/Civil or relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant work experience in estimating
• Member of professional association is an advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills
