Reporting to the Service Manager, The focus of this role is to carry out the installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of our medical equipment including hospital beds, patient hoists and our range of alternating mattresses.

To be successful in this role, you will need enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. You will need to be a technically minded, hands on person with the ability to think through issues and fault find problems on your own. You will also interact with clients on a daily basis so a high level of customer service skill is required.

Favour will be given to candidates with the following:

•         Diploma or Degree in Biomedical / Electronic / Electrical Engineering (engineering disciplines)
•         Current drivers licence is an advantage
•         Experience in a technical field role
•         Experience in AutoCad is strong advantage
•         Proven ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•         Proven problem solving and analytical skills
•         Strong customer service orientation
•         Ability to handle high-pressure situations
•         Commercial awareness
•         Demonstrable technical aptitude.
