Property/ Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up department of Property Management in PRC
• Formulating and implementing property management and leasing strategies for the Company’s portfolio coving residential, commercial and retail properties
• Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time
• Handle leasing & tenancy administrations independently, maintain good tenant relations and liaise with operations
• Monitor the execution of polices and strategies instituted by the Company
• Set up all standard procedures and control systems

Requirements

• Degree holder in Housing/ Property Management or related discipline
• Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) is preferable
• Minimum 5-8 years solid experience in property management of which 3 years in China’s properties
• Strong knowledge of PRC leasing regulation and contracts
• Dynamic and result oriented
• Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Willing to station in China
