Job Summary:

The job of the Assistant General Manager is to lead the Inhesion Asia (Hong Kong and Macau) team so that it achieves the goals and objectives developed by the COO.

Job Duties:

• Motivate, manage and lead sales team and to develop new business as well as to expand current customer base
• Provide proper guidance and training to build a strong team to ensure continued success
• Maximize revenue across product lines in accordance with goals
• Assist on developing a distribution networking
• Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives

Accountability and Performance Measures:

• Achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives for the business unit supported
• Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives
• Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management
• Expect extensive travel

Skills Required:

• A seasoned product sales professional with in-depth knowledge and experience preferably in the hotel and catering sectors
• Excel in personal skills
• Passion for the food and wine industry
• Ability to execute and drive the business in accordance with the company’s version and direction
• A positive attitude, creative persistence and entrepreneurial spirit
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, past-paced, team-based environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound professional judgement

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8+ years of sales management experience
• Experienced in setting clear expectations and hold staff accountable
• Experience and proven track record in a senior managerial role
