Job Description:

• Provide system administration and technical support to PC/Notebook users;
• Configure and maintain web server, file server and Windows servers;
• Keep all desktop software standards in order according to company standards and maintain software license library;
• Hands on experience in full functionality of MS office and OUTLOOK;
• Provide/communicate with external vendor on network administration to all infrastructure components including switches, routers, FTP & backup solution;
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Create incidents of backup failure;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects and administration tasks as assigned.
• Maintain VPN connections between HK and China Office

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Proficient in Microsoft AD administration
• Candidate with MCSE, MCITP, CCNA certification will be added advantage
• Experience in Microsoft AD setup will be added advantage
• Candidate with good understanding of SCCP, IP Phone, SIP trunking and SIP phone services will be added advantage
• Excellent customer facing and problem solving skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and multi-task;
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar position;
• Immediately available is preferred.
