Duties:

• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between business units, IT team members and system vendors in addressing and resolving issues in system development, implementation and quality assurance;
• Manage major project activities and rollout plans, assess risk factors and ensure projects to meet business needs as per the agreed timeline;
• Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing projects;
• Assist in formulating new strategies for IT solutions and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in system implementation and IT project management;
• Experience in project management under agile development methodology is preferred;
• Sound interpersonal, analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the company;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
