Requirements

- Tertiary education

- At least 10 years experience in woven garment production and merchandising including 8 years in managerial level

- Management of a factory

- Proactive and good interpersonal skill

- Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

- Good command of writing and speaking in English

- Stationed in Bangladesh

- Able to adapt in a challenging environment

Responsibilities

- Follow up orders from price negotiation up to garment delivery;

- Monitor the operations of a factory;

- Coordination with Hong Kong and Bangladesh Office;
