Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Windows environments (e.g. AD, Exchange, Firewall, VMware, SAN System).
• Manage software and hardware installations/upgrades and IT assets.
• Monitor system performance of the server farm.
• Assist in planning/implementing systems and network integrations/enhancements.
• Provide technical desktop computer support to end-users.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing Windows Servers in VM environment (e.g. AD, Exchange email, Proxy) and SAN.
• Experienced in managing LAN and WAN environments.
• Experienced in managing IT security appliance and software(e.g. Firewall, IPS).
• Detail-minded, able to work independently and prioritize work.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in English and Chinese
