ROLE PROFILE:

Your role will be C&B and system focused. Your hands-on involvement in different HR reporting and rewards initiatives will give you chances to interact with colleagues from different locations and familiarize with functions’ operational procedures within the HR Department, thenceforth working hand in hand with IT Department and other stakeholders to provide process enhancement solutions to Hong Kong headquarter. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Consolidate people and remuneration data from different countries/regions on regular basis
• A project team member for the group-wide annual salary review and analysis
• Support and co-ordinate group-wide C&B initiatives and projects as required from time to time
• Provide HR reporting support include but not limit to creating and running analytical reports from global HR Information system for management review
• Work collaboratively with HRIS Consultant and other stakeholders on HR process improvement, automation initiatives and business change projects
• Assist in collecting user requirements and conduct analysis, oversee scheduling, shape product roadmaps and streamline HR processes efficiently with standardized approaches; prepare relevant documentations
• Provide advisory service on programs UAT, parallel run and go-live processes
• Monitor performance of the deployed HR solutions on the on-going basis to facilitate functional teams to adapt to new approach and process
• Coordinate with external vendors on system design, development, testing and ensure effective communication both internally and externally
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree holder in Human Resources Management/Data Management or related discipline with 5-8 years’ working experience.
• Good team player, self-motivated and assertive, attentive to detail, comfortable in dealing with figures and can work under pressure and think independently
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving skills to enhance user experience and think out of the boxes
• Exposure to international environment and strong interest in digitalization a plus
• High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel and Power Point preferable
• Previous experience in data reporting and system design, familiar with Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft and any other HR systems are preferable
• Good Communication skills and strong command of spoken and written English
• With less experience you will be considered for a Senior Analyst role
