Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HRMS implementation service from requirement study, system configuration, training, UAT and go-live support. 
• Participate in HRMS product customization and testing. 
• Preform project planning and management.
• Provide supporting services to client on ad-hoc tasks and enhancement project.
• More experienced candidates will have opportunity to provide pre-sales support in client meetings, presentations and solution proposals.
• More experienced candidates will have opportunity to provide consultation service to clients.

Requirements：

• Relevant experience in Human Resources or HRMS solution or IT service industry.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and basic IT knowledge.
• Knowledge in SQL and any programming language is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF scheme Ordinance
• Knowledge and experience in PMP are an advantage.
• Experience in other HRM system is an advantage.
• Experience in using MRC HRMS as end user is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
• Good at communication skill in both Cantonese and English.
