• At least 8 years or above quality assurance experience in denim products
• Provide leadership to local teams at factory level
• Set up and maintain quality systems. Analyze and resolve the root cause problems
• Understand customers’ standards and ensure the outcomes fulfill customers’ requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customer’s auditors, factory management team, etc
• Independent, self-driven and result-oriented
• Good analytical mind and problem solving ability
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to Cambodia and China (Zhongshan)
