The company is one of the world-leading manufacturing group of companies in development and production of electronic control systems for industrial and smart home product.

Tasks:

• Drive Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity in terms of overall plant efficiency and production yield;
• Maintain order fulfillment to ensure adequate supply;
• Own P&L of manufacturing operation, control the manufacturing expenses within the budgetary limit;
• Master and achieve the KPI set;
• Plan, prioritize, and manage production line downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules;
• Analyze production and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance;
• Maintain the inventory accuracy. 

Knowledge/experience:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering or related disciplines;
• 15 years of production experience; with a minimum of 8 years experience in managerial capacity in EMS industry;
• Experience in manufacturing techniques and process on Lean, Six sigma, ERP system, logistic management and quality systems compliance, particular in EHS standards;
• Previous track record in shop floor management preferred;
• Leadership skills with the ability to build and promote team spirits and maintain team morale;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Work and station in China plant, Shenzhen.
