Responsibilities:

• Expand selling strategies and market perspective;
• Build up and maintain relationships with customers;
• Conduct annual sales forecast and budget and implement business plans for the company;
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve business objectives set by the company;
• Work closely with Product Development Team to analyze market information to recommend sales direction to the company and business development;
• Oversees account management and assist in production planning coordination;
• Provide overall strategic planning to Executive members like resources allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Minimum 10 years in which 3 years managerial experience in the apparel industry is necessary; Experience in woven items is preferable;
• In-depth knowledge in market trends and customer intelligence;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Creative and strategic thinking with strong business sense and analytical skills;
• Energetic, presentable, self-initiative, well-organized and independent;
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
• Proficient English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Work place is based in Shenzhen,China. Encourage to station in Shenzhen but frequent commute will also be considered.
