Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all color submissions and approvals meet Eddie Bauer color acceptance requirements.
• Primary vendor contacts on submission results and drives process to correct if needed.
• Implementation and management of the color approval process for all regions in partnership with Brand objectives.
• Input of color approval or comment data into the Global Sourcing data system.
• Management of the regional color standard library and its database.
• Management of all color result data in a standardized format as per mill database.
• Management of the color room facilities and its proper usage.
• Support the production team in solving the color issues.
• Tracking lab dip and bulk submissions
• Provide necessary support to other business areas dependent on immediate business needs.

   Requirement:

• Diploma in relevant subject
• 3-5 year work experience in color approval in the apparel industry
• Able to work independently in multi-cultural environment
• Exceptional strong problem-solving skills, organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
