Job Description:

• Join a team responsible for the Portfolio Marketing of Serviced Apartments across five locations.
• Areas of Focus include:
  • Digital Marketing: Participate in company Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google Analytics initiatives
  • Data Analysis: Regularly reviewcompany analytics to devise promotion and pricing strategies based on staying patterns and data
  • Business Development: Lead project-based initiatives aimed at advancing guest experience and corporate efficiency
  • Event Management: Lead quarterly company events in planning, logistics, and implementation
  • Site Visits: Make regular visits to all portfolios to ensure quality of product
  • Show Flat Management: Manage and maintain all portfolios’ Show Flats
  • Marketing Content Management: Develop content for website, social media, and other collaterals
  • Vendor Management: Oversee in the development of the brand and image identity through management of third-party teams
  • Sales and Leasing Support: support the Sales and Leasing team on promotion strategies and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Candidate with Digital Marketing Experience highly preferred
• Business Development Mindset: Demonstrated interest in Marketing, specifically Digital Marketing and Data Analysis are crucial
• Self-Motivated: An interest in real estate, combined with a sense of entrepreneurial drive, is particularly preferred
• Communication: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Customer Service Mentality: Ability to provide guests with good customer experience

• Tech-friendly: Ability to adapt to new technology such as Salesforce. A competence on Microsoft Excel preferred
