The Role

Assist Head of Marketing to develop and manage marketing and promotion activities of the Bosch brand in accordance with the overall direction and the brand strategies to ensure the targets of brand awareness, market positioning, market share and other relative business results are met.

THE JOB 

• Report to Head of Marketing to plan and implement Marketing strategies to achieve company objectives on brand awareness, customer first choice and so on
• Plan and execute Brand building activities, sustain both trade and end customer relations
• Built the relationship with media and other co-marketing partners
• Plan and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns e.g. SEM, on-line and off-line platforms synergy, Digital advertising to achieve company’s KPIs in Sales and Brand building by liaison with external agencies
• Plan and manage marketing costs to the agreed budget
• Coordinate with sales teams and customer service for the implementation of marketing and brand concepts
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for optimization
• Staying most update to the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, explore possible opportunities to implement it into marketing campaigns

THE PERSON

• University Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Brand Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 8 years Brand marketing / communication / Social Media Communication of retail or luxurious consumer brands
• Excellent command on both Chinese and English
• Result-oriented, detail-minded, and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Creative in Sales and Marketing Communication tactics
• Excellent team player, independent, responsible, energetic, with creative and agile mind-set
• Digital Media agency experience preferred
