Job Description

Objectives:

A unique opportunity arises to develop and manage global marketing communications material for a truly global brand. This role has been created to plan, manage and implement the development of world class marcom campaigns and materials for the entire product range of GP brand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver the marcom strategy and master assets in accordance with the product roadmap across all categories and brands
  • Communicate the products compellingly and ensure marcom assets are being aligned with the business and market needs, and complied with brand guidelines
  • Manage external brand building communications, establish the brand positioning and build the brand love amongst both consumers and trade
  • Make sure the timely delivery of master marcom assets to meet product launch dates
  • Plan, manage and deliver major brand campaigns and other marcom initiatives that build the consumer brand
  • Ensure brand compliance of local/regional marcom materials around the world
  • Define and manage yearly marcom budget
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiate prices and provide clear and effective briefings and instructions
  • Lead and manage a team of marcom members, take care of the required resources and evaluate the performance for the optimal results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communication / Business Administration or Commerce with major in Marketing preferred
  • 10 years or above of work experience in brand & marketing communications experience, and leading/managing multiple marcom campaigns at a regional/global level, including 4 years or above experience at managerial grade
  • Both in-house and advertising agency experience are valued, preferably with FMCG industry experience with at least regional responsibilities
  • Strong attention to details and high personal standards for marcom craft and creativity
  • Have track for success in writing/editing professional and compelling marketing copy
  • Able to be self-directed, multi-task orientated and not afraid to work under pressure to produce high quality results
  • Outstanding project management skill is a must
  • Experience in working with a sustainability driven brand is an advantage
  • Native or fluency in both written and spoken English
