Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain safety and quality system with focus on operations and customer requirements
• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day production to ensure end-product is in alignment with the safety and quality system and agreed customer’s requirement
• Ensure compliance of regulations and standards in regards to Safety, Quality and Environmental, and participate in regular audits
• Participate in cross-functional teams for laundry service safety and quality improvement projects
• Provide technical support and advice to internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in quality system, with a minimum of 4 years at managerial level
• Experience in Quality System in Production/Manufacturing setting, or service focus, experience in Quality System set up is an advantage
• Experience in Quality Improvement Program / Frontline Process Improvement
• Ability to actively facilitate change, jointly set up production flow then establish checkpoint to spot discrepancy and build up steps for procedural changes if needed
• Strong in communication and convincing skill to all levels of staff
• Proficient in English and Cantonese as well as in computer office applications
