About your work:

- Development of new products and product ranges in close collaboration with our Top Management, Sales team, QM and manufacturer. Together we elaborate new ideas, but the project follow up until market launch is your responsibility

- Channel the coordination and communication with involved departments

- Assuring the technical specifications comply with international safety and quality standards in strong collaboration with our QM.

- Cost evaluation and preparation of price negotiations.

About you:

- You are a solution oriented, intuitive, attentive and energetic person towards your tasks and colleagues

- You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- You work independently and you are able  to meet tight schedules and work   under pressure

- You have strong Project Management skills

- You have excellent English and Mandarin skills

- You are able to travel to P.R.C frequently

- We would prefer if you have solid knowledge in the Lighting Industry

- Holding any specific degree is not required, but comprehension and knowledge of the technical, creative and entrepreneurial aspects of the position is mandatory
