Job duties

• Communicate and negotiate with vendors to develop long term relationship with suppliers
• Implement inventory control and forecasting for supply and demand of retail and wholesale business
• Responsible for purchasing activities (PO processing, sourcing, Quality issues, RFQ , price calculation and delivery) from overseas and local vendors
• Assist in the product development cycle from sourcing to product launch
• Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Tertiary education
• Preferable with at least 1 year experience in purchasing (More experience will consider as Senior Officer)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and detail-minded, able to work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
