Our Client is a well-known Lingerie company with over 100 years of history. They specialised to customer friendly products which are made to last with excellent quality and perfect fit for women.

You should manage the supply chain and factory relationship and work closely with the managers of all NPI, product quality, product delivery and product management.

• Supply Chain management – ensuring all product are manufactured to optimal price, appropriate quality and to the required delivery.
• Manage key relationships and commercials with key tier 1 and 2 suppliers in China
• In charge of product quality standards, certificates and matters related to sustainability issues
• Negotiation with key suppliers to maximise both efficiencies and cost
• Supervise and manage all material and product test which include new product launch
• Analysis of Product Specific returns
• Vendor assessment, performance measurement and improvement planning
• Keep track of all Lingerie products with ecological and economic standards
• Analysis of Product Specific returns
• Total quality ownership/co-ordination (Quality Evaluation to AQL and documentation)
• In charge of the SOP for Product Quality
• Work closely with Germany Headquarter to prepare and submit travel and quality report

The Right candidate should have extensive experiences in Quality Check for Lingerie Swimwear and loungewear products, over 5 years experiences in QC quality control and production management.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in garment technician or textile engineering
• Strong knowledge of materials and production processes for Garment
• Fluent in English and Mandarian with strong communication and organisation skills
• Passionate in Fasion and frequent travel is required
• Strong Team player with social competence
