Job Duties

• Follow-up and monitor the whole production process and control product quality
• Strive to understand customers' requirement and work closely to provide best service
• Bargain for the best price through negotiation and by detailed analysis on costing
• Source and evaluate factory from the perspective of product, pricing, quality, reliability, compliance and so on, to meet the interest of customers.
• Monitor Time & Action and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and vendors
• Travel to overseas for market trip, order follow up, factory visit

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothing
• At least 10 years working experience in merchandising for USA market
• Strong product knowledge for woven item
• Exposure of offshore production is advantage
• Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule 
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good computer & presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to define, plan and implement tasks in a team environment 
• Daily travel to Shenzhen
