Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of procurement function including food and non-food materials sourcing
• Manage KEY suppliers as well as develop new sourcing in keeping abreast of the market 
• Maintain and update the cost database and record properly
• Handle product development  including supplier selection, price negotiation, order execution, timely delivery, stock optimization etc for continuous business growth
• Coordinate with Chefs in product development, food quality and cost control

Requirements:

• At least 3 years or more experience in food industry,
• Candidate with experience in business of frozen or fresh foods /fine-dining restaurant is highly preferable;
• Cost conscious and with strong negotiation skills;
• Proficient in written and native Cantonese, Fluent Mandarin and English;
