Responsibilities:

• Assist with client research and meeting preparations
• Compile reports, presentations and correspondence
• Update in-house database and file records
• Assist with organising client meetings and business travels
• Assist in trade marks formalities
• Assist with workflow management

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good communications and organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Good Chinese typing skills
• Good knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software
• Team player and detail-oriented, self-motivated and pro-active
• Relevant trade marks / IP experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Proposed duration:

• 1 Year (renewable depending on individual’s performance and group’s needs)
