Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group’s Senior Management.
• Provide legal advice on general corporation, investment, commercial and M&A projects in the PRC.
• Review and draft contracts and agreements for the Group’s PRC business.
• Provide legal support and advice to all stakeholders and the management.
• Communicate with external counsels.
• Involve in any legal related activities of the Group.

Requirements:

• PRC qualified lawyer with at least 10 years' PQE.
• Prior working experience in a corporate legal capacity in financial services / property investment or related field.
• Exposure in property development sector is highly preferable.
• Good communication skills and strong commercial sense.
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Willing to travel.
