Responsibilities:

 Compliance

Serve as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in company secretarial and trust matters.

Assist Group Head of Compliance in devising policies and procedures for KYC, Anti-Money Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism performing Customer Due Diligence for new potential clients and periodic reviews, performing ongoing compliance monitoring and reviewing and filing Suspicious Transaction Reports.

Areas of work include:

• Developing Policies & Procedures
• CDD and ongoing CDD
• Reports & Communication
• MLRO and file STR as appropriate
• Inspections & Communications with Regulator
• Training

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years PQE in a regulatory or compliance role
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Legally trained or qualified preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred

5-days work week, 15-days annual leave
