Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement the marketing strategy for the brand
• Demonstrates a solid understand of company’s products and services
• Monitor on-going performance of products and brand’s marketability to support marketing planning
• Lead and provide training to the CS team with professional knowledge and management skills
• Assist in daily sales & marketing activities
• Develop durable relationship with customers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing or related fields

Experience & Job Knowledge:

• Experience in marketing & customer servicing at supervisory level
• Experience in planning, managing and implementing marketing and sales activities
• With knowledge in market research and customer relationship management

Skills & Competencies:

• Independent, proactive and self-motivating
• Strong communication, influencing and project management skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willing to meet challenges and drive for results
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Immediate available or short notice preferable.
• Less experience may consider as Senior Operation Officer
