Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play an integral role in managing the overall finance function of the company. You will lead a team and monitor the daily accounting operation including financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax and treasury issues as well as a range of ad hoc projects. You will also be in charge of regular audit, cash flow planning, cost control, inventory and procurement management. You will be responsible for the effective implementation and continuous enhancement of internal control procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational effectiveness.

To succeed, you will be a qualified accountant with at least 8-10 years of post qualification experience. Prior experience in hotel and property management/ investment/ development industry is highly preferred. A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, Sun and Vision software skill.
