Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Support project work for the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in Mainland China, ASEAN and other economies with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Hong Kong
  • Support initial assessment of applications
  • Prepare/ consolidate progress and final reports from the grantees for funding disbursement
  • Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
  • Occasional travel for performing on-site checking of funded projects required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from business management/ information system/social science / science / engineering / accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year work experience preferred
  • Experience in handling / supporting Government funded projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position
