Duties

Tender Management

• Collect pricing input from stations & countries and submit bid response to internal/external party in a timely basis;
• Tender submission to customers on behalf of bid owners if required, for examples, e-submission;
• Drive competitive pricing from regional perspective and stay on top of market developments, and internal cost development;
• Perform sanity check on pricing quality(e.g. completeness, adherence to customer requirements, pricing instruction, rate structure etc);
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments when required.

Sales Operations

• Support & Coordinate key sales management task & reports;
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments when required.

Qualifications 

• Preferably Degree Holder in related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in country pricing or regional tender team in a sizeable international freight forwarder;
• Experienced in project management would be a plus;
• Experienced with CW1 and Salesforce preferable;
• Good command of English, excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Knowledge in forwarding business & supply chain logistics;
• Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.

Candidates with higher qualifications and more experiences will be considered for senior positions.
