Job Description

職責:

  • 處理一般行政及文書工作,包括文件存檔、資料數據輸入
  • 安排部門的定期會議、準備文件及撰寫會議紀錄
  • 協助製作銷售報表及整理數據
  • 完成上司指派工作

要求:

  • 熟悉電腦操作,包括MS Word, Excel 及中英文打字
  • 細心,有責任感
  • 良好溝通能力及高獨立性
  • 良好中英文讀寫能力
  • 能即時上班優先考慮 

工作地點: 黃竹坑

工作時間: 星期一至五 9AM - 05:55PM 及星期六 9AM -12NN (每月輪值一個星期六)
