• Diploma Holder or above in Transportation and Logistics or related discipline
• At least 6 years sales supporting or account management working experience in air or ocean freight forwarding or related industry
• Responsible for key account management, service review and coordinate with overseas office and shippers
• Responsible for KPI review with customer and maintain good relationship with vendor
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered for the junior position.
