Job duties:

• Responsible for issuing job orders from sales confirmation, delivery schedule reports, samples follow up etc.
• Communicate with the overseas clients
• Follow up daily email & quotation
• Manage the order process until shipment completed
• Assist the administrative supports for the Sales department

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree holder in business management or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in quartz analogue watch industry is preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Details oriented, responsible, flexible and good interpersonal skill
