Job Description
**Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus**
JOBS DESCRIPTIONS
- To implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for designated categories to increase the category penetration, drive sales and margin, enhance competitive edges and capitalize market opportunities
- To execute and evaluate merchandising activities and category plans of customers interests; work in store if needed to maintain operational excellence.
- To build and manage relationships with vendors for long term strategies partnership
- Monitor the stock level, merchandise distribution, stock allocation and sales performance
- To source locally or overseas with good understand of market trend and explore potential products / brands thru market research and data analysis.
- Derive merchandise mix and assortment planning

REQUIREMENT
- University graduate or tertiary education
- Minimum 3 - 5 years retail merchandising experience with lifestyle travelling categories experience strongly preferred
- Analytical, agile, open to change, well planned and self-motivated with strong market sense and awareness
- Knowledge of category management
- Good communication in English, Cantonese and Chinese, knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not a must
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer

So far, Unicorn Stores (HK) Ltd. operates 2 GMS and 2 supermarkets, namely APITA in Tai Koo , UNY in Lok Fu, Yuen Long and Tseung Kwan O. It will continue to develop with the aim of being the most beloved department store and supermarket in the city.
