Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, we are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist who will help us design and execute our social media strategy for Pacific Place. Major duties include managing the editorial calendar for Pacific Place’s social media channels and campaigns; publishing day-to-day content and handling customer postings properly. He/She is also responsible for building partnerships with retail tenants and relevant third parties to develop an active brand ambassador network; liaising with external media agencies as well as internal departments; monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of social media programs to the Company.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing preferred
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Hong Kong social media
- Displays in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the analytics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Positive team player with confidence to take the lead and coordinate group efforts
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
