The Brand Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales for Branded Products.  He/she will assist in achieving sales targets, promotional planning, pricing strategies and sourcing new product for trading sales.  This position is the frontline sales representation to communicate with our customers in various distribution channels, corporate accounts and trading business partners and is responsible for communicating brands market intelligence to the business.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Plan and executive sales growth plans in selected markets.
• Develop strong relationships and work closely with distribution partners to accelerate the growth of business and supporting them to drive revenue and to drive brand objectives.
• Develop new business and identify new business opportunities for branded products and trading products.
• Provide input into pricing strategies and review pricing to suggest adjustments based on pricing gaps. Provide market intelligence of competitive pricing.
• Provide market intelligence to corporate marketing team to keep them abreast of industry trends and report out all periodic sales and penetration results.
• Review the execution of ad/promotion processes and displays for all branded products. 

 Requirements: 

• University in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and sales growth planning;
• Experience in electric motor industry is preferable;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Travel is required;
• Immediate available is preferable.
