Job Responsibilities :

• Sales order follow up, arrange shipment and prepare shipping documents.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team on customer enquires, samples & quotation.
• Maintain and enhance relationship with existing oversea customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects, marketing & promotion activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above (DSE / F.7 will also be considered).
• 1-2 years working experience.
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese/ Mandarin.
• Proficient in English communication (a must).
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel).
• Relevant experience in export sales coordination, shipping & customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently; Willing to learn (On-the-Job training will be provided).
• Immediately available is preferred.
