Job Description
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Inquiries
-
Reply customer inquires by email – from Clients and/or from end recipients.
-
Answer customer inquires via phone calls.
Outbound Escalation
-
Assist vendors to check with Clients for questionable cases (eg. Incomplete address, returned)
-
Send emails to recipients to clarify delivery addresses.
Documentation
- Prepare monthly CS reports.
-
Analyse CS cases and provide suggestion for improvement.
-
Update guidelines to share with vendors.
TEAMS INTERACTIONS
Customer Care Officer will deal with:
-
Asian and Middle East suppliers in over 20 countries.
- Global Rewards teams in Hong Kong, India, USA & Mexico:
-
Project management,
-
Procurement,
-
IT.

PROFILE
-
Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, data processing, clerical or administrative support.

Excellent interpersonal skill and persistent in solving problem for customers
-
Organized, disciplined and serious in meeting service levels.
-
Able to work independently yet a good team player
-
Fluent in English, Mandarin.
-
Good communication skills (oral & written in Chinese and English).
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
- Comfortable in multi cultural environment.
