Reeracoen is a Japanese Recruitment Agency Company in Hong Kong. We belong to the corporate group called Neocareer, located in Tokyo Japan. Neocareer has over 15 different branches in all over East Asia and Southeast Asia, and Reeracoen Hong Kong is one of them. We are currently hiring a suitable candidate for this position. 

Job Description

-Assessing personal characteristics, skills and interests via individual interviews and liaise with employers and Recruitment Advisers
-To provide help and advice based on the assessment done and matching them with the job description and job requirements at clients' request.
-Writing careers literature, resume’s and reports.
-Using specialist computer applications.
-Be able to administer exams and personality tests efficiently.
-There are opportunity to be transferred into overseas branches (somewhere in Singapore, Japan , China and others).

Objectives:
-To source out quality and competent candidates for the opening jobs.
-To provide employment opportunities for locals with trustworthy companies.
-Work closely with Recruitment Advisers
-To hit the target, the Key Performance Indicators as set by the company

Person specification

-Language: English, Cantonese, Japanese ( not necessary )
-Education Background: Bachelor Degree
-Experience: Fresh graduate and person with similar work experience can also apply
