Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of product orders via email or phone, account opening, AR report, daily sales report and consolidating stock forecast
• Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives, e.g. KPI tracking
• Report monthly sales results to the sales team
• Taking incoming new customer queries by phone calls/ email
• Pack materials/POPs for the frontline staffs
• Communicating interdepartmental
• Assists in ad-hoc projects assigned by the department 

Requirements:

• DSE/ Diploma in Business or above;
• Minimum 2 years’ related work experience in sales/ administration experience in the business field
• Strong communication skill and excellent customer service attitude;
• Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented, well-organized;
• Willing to do, able to work independently and capable of working under pressure and tight schedule;
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred;

Remarks:

• 5 days work (Must work on Saturday, Sunday and Monday)
