Job Description

Reporting to R&D Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for new product development and existing product improvement for KFC brand. He/ She will explore new product development concept, conduct new product trails and new product implementation, fine-tune existing product, needs to prepare and maintain related documentations.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in QSR or food industry
Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
Good team player with positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant R&D Officer
